Application for HKMA Information Centre Group Guided Tour

The HKMA offers guided tours to registered schools (kindergarten / primary school / secondary school / tertiary institution) and non-profit-making organisations. For other group visits, please use the general group visit application form. Applications for guided tours can be made up to 1 year in advance and must be made at least 4 weeks prior to the planned visit date, and the visit is confirmed only upon receipt of the HKMA's written confirmation.

Please use a business email address whenever possible, and avoid using personal email accounts to facilitate our verification process.

We offer guided tours for groups of 10 to 30 persons

If necessary, please let us know if any visitors will be using wheelchairs (up to a maximum of 10) or require any other special assistance.

Please submit the corresponding supporting documents for the group nature (including but not limited to the Certificate of Registration of a school, a letter issued by the Inland Revenue Department under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance, or certificates issued by relevant government departments outside Hong Kong, such as the Social Organization Legal Entity Registration Certificate or the License for the establishment of privately-run schools in Mainland China, as well as the Articles of Association). You may upload a maximum of 3 files in PDF, JPEG, or PNG format, with a maximum size of 10MB each. In the event of any dispute, the HKMA reserves the right of final decision.
