The HKMA offers guided tours to registered schools (kindergarten / primary school / secondary school / tertiary institution) and non-profit-making organisations. For other group visits, please use the general group visit application form. Applications for guided tours can be made up to 1 year in advance and must be made at least 4 weeks prior to the planned visit date, and the visit is confirmed only upon receipt of the HKMA's written confirmation.

Please submit the corresponding supporting documents for the group nature, such as the Certificate of Registration of a School issued by the Hong Kong Education Bureau, the letter issued by the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department confirming that the organisation is a charitable institution exempt from tax under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance, or relevant certificates issued by government departments outside Hong Kong. You may upload a maximum of 3 files in PDF, JPEG, or PNG format, with a maximum size of 10MB each. In the event of any dispute, the HKMA reserves the right of final decision.
